Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flary Digital LLC ("Flary," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Flary website and Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact & business details: your name, email address, phone number, and business or brand name.
  • Onboarding information: answers you provide in the onboarding conversation, and any notes you add.
  • Brand assets: logos, photos, brand colors, and other materials you upload or provide so we can create your content.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic usage and device information (such as pages viewed, browser type, and general location inferred from IP address) and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the site.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, produce, and deliver your content;
  • provide, operate, and improve the Service and your dashboard;
  • process payments and manage your subscription (via Stripe);
  • send you transactional emails (sign-in links, samples-ready notices, account and billing messages) from our sending domain notify.flary.io;
  • provide support and respond to your requests;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

To generate your content, information you provide (such as your business details and onboarding answers) is processed by artificial-intelligence systems and then reviewed by our marketers. We use reputable AI providers as service providers (see below) and do not sell your information.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers and partners who help us run and grow the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:

  • Hosting, database & authentication: Lovable Cloud / Supabase.
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • Email delivery: our managed transactional email provider (sending from notify.flary.io).
  • AI content generation: Anthropic (Claude).
  • Image generation: Freepik (Magnific).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC), to understand site usage.
  • Advertising: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), via the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences.

Our use of the Meta advertising pixel involves sharing certain online identifiers and site activity with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law (CPRA) treats as "sharing." You can opt out at any time — see "Your Rights." We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (including your cookie choices), understand site usage (Google Analytics), and measure advertising (Meta Pixel). When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies, and you can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Essential cookies needed to run the site are always on. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of advertising/"sharing." You can additionally control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and security obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including access controls and encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (including California residents)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • access a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your information for money, but our advertising pixel does involve "sharing" under California law. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, set your Cookie preferences, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (which we honor automatically).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact us at privacy@flary.io. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

9. Marketing vs. Transactional Email

Transactional emails (sign-in links, delivery notices, billing) are necessary to provide the Service. Any non-essential/marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those messages while transactional emails continue.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

We are based in the United States and process and store information in the U.S. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you consent to that transfer and processing.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the version and "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
